Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of wearrev.com and purchases from REV DESIGN INC ("REV," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. REV may refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities where permitted by law.

2. Products and handmade variation

REV sells handmade jewelry and leather goods. Product photographs, colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, natural leather, natural gemstones, and the handmade production process. Such reasonable variation is not a defect.

Product pages are the controlling source for the item-specific materials, dimensions, size, price, production status, and availability. REV will not describe a metal, gemstone, leather, finish, or origin in a way that is inconsistent with the factual specifications confirmed for that product.

3. Product materials and disclosures

Descriptions of precious metals, gemstones, leather, plating, weights, dimensions, and other material attributes are based on information available to REV and may be updated when final specifications are confirmed. Claims such as "14K gold," "solid gold," "sterling silver," or "natural ruby" will be used only when they accurately describe the item offered. Where a product description states the weight of gold or a piece of jewelry, the weight is approximate (for example, “approximately X g”) and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product page and contacting REV before purchase if a material, finish, size, stone, or care requirement is important to the purchase decision.

 

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, duties, and other charges will be displayed at checkout when required or available. REV may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error, subject to applicable law.

Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout. REV does not request full payment-card numbers by email, telephone, or contact form. An order may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, and payment verification.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or is ready to ship. A contract is formed when REV accepts the order, begins production where applicable, or ships the product, subject to these Terms.

REV may decline or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory error, inability to obtain required materials, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If REV cancels a paid order, REV will issue a refund of amounts paid for the canceled item, subject to applicable law.

 

6. Made-to-order and limited-edition items

Some products are made to order or produced in limited quantities. Orders are generally dispatched within approximately 1 week to 30 days, depending on whether the item is in stock or must be produced. This is an estimated dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is separate.

A production delay will be handled in accordance with the Shipping Policy and applicable law. Where required, REV will provide a delay notice and an opportunity to cancel for a refund.

 

7. Custom orders

Custom orders are governed by the Custom Order Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Custom orders require 100% payment before production begins. Once production begins, custom, personalized, or engraved items are Final Sale, except for a confirmed defect, an error by REV, a mismatch with the confirmed order, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific return terms disclosed before purchase will control to the extent permitted by law.

9. Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. REV currently ships only within the United States. REV is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, governmental action, incorrect addresses, or events outside REV's reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

The website, brand name, REV logos, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, copy, designs, layout, and other content are owned by REV or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, sell, publish, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

11. User submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, message, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You grant REV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish the content for operating and promoting REV, subject to applicable law. REV may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with the brand.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website to:

• violate law or regulations;

• interfere with the website or security features;

• impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;

• submit fraudulent, malicious, or misleading information;

• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• use automated tools to scrape or copy the website without permission;

• introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive material; or

• resell or commercially exploit products or website content without written authorization.

 

13. Third-party services

The website may rely on Wix and other website providers, payment providers, carriers, analytics tools, marketing tools, and other third-party services. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply to those services. REV is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. REV does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every time or location. REV disclaims warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies that apply under the law where you live.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REV and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the website or a purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim or the greater amount required by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REV and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or fraudulent or misleading submission.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or a purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that this clause does not displace any consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

18. Changes to the Terms

REV may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
