Custom Order Policy

Last updated: October 01, 2026

This Custom Order Policy applies to custom, personalized, resized, altered, or specially commissioned items requested from REV DESIGN INC.

1. What is a custom order?
A custom order is a request that changes a standard product or requires REV to create a product outside the standard catalog. Examples may include a special ring size, chain length, color, finish, engraving, personalization, material, or design alteration.

A request is not accepted merely because it has been discussed by email. It becomes a custom order only after REV confirms the specifications, price, production estimate, payment terms, and acceptance in writing.

2. Request and approval process
A customer should contact info@wearrev.com with the product, requested change, desired timing, destination, and any reference images. REV may ask for additional information before quoting the order.

Before production begins, REV will provide a written confirmation identifying, as applicable:

  • product and specifications;

  • materials, metal, stone, finish, color, and dimensions;

  • size and measurements;

  • total price and applicable taxes or shipping charges;

  • full payment (100%) before production begins;

  • general dispatch timeframe of approximately 1 week to 30 days, depending on stock and production status;

  • shipping method and estimate;

  • cancellation and return terms; and

  • any limitations or risks of the requested change.

3. Payment and production
Custom orders require payment in full (100%) before production begins. Production will not start until full payment and final specifications have been received and confirmed by REV. Once production begins, the custom order is Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except where the item is defective, REV made an error, or the item does not conform to the confirmed order, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

The general dispatch timeframe is approximately 1 week to 30 days, depending on whether the item is in stock or must be produced. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. REV will provide any delay notice and cancellation/refund rights required by applicable law.

4. Customer measurements and information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. For rings, the customer should obtain a professional size measurement before ordering. REV is not responsible for an incorrect customer-provided size or measurement, except where the error is caused by REV.

5. Changes and cancellations
Before production begins, a customer may request a change or cancellation by emailing info@wearrev.com; the request is effective only when REV confirms it in writing. Once production begins, the order is Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, except where the item is defective, REV made an error, the item does not conform to the confirmed order, or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds
Custom, personalized, or engraved items become Final Sale once production begins and are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. This restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase. It does not apply to defective items, errors made by REV, items that do not conform to the confirmed order, or rights that cannot legally be waived.

For a confirmed defect, REV error, or mismatch with the confirmed order, contact info@wearrev.com. REV will provide a remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Design approval and tolerances
If REV provides a rendering, drawing, sample, or written specification for approval, the customer must review it carefully before production. Minor variations may occur because of handmade production, natural leather, natural stones, metal finishing, and manufacturing tolerances. REV will not make a change after approval unless the customer accepts a revised price and production estimate.

8. Limitations
REV may decline a request that is technically impractical, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, inconsistent with available materials, or outside the brand's production capabilities. REV will not knowingly reproduce another designer's protected work or accept content that infringes another person's rights.
