Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how REV DESIGN INC processes and ships orders from wearrev.com within the United States.
1. Shipping area
REV currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted. Available destinations, shipping charges, and services, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
2. Order processing and production time
Orders are generally dispatched within approximately 1 week to 30 days after order placement, depending on whether the item is in stock or needs to be produced. This is the dispatch/processing timeframe, not the carrier’s transit time. Any delivery estimate shown by a carrier is separate and may vary.
The applicable timeframe depends on stock availability and production requirements. REV will provide legally required notices and cancellation/refund options if an order cannot be shipped within the promised time or within the period required by applicable law.
3. Delivery estimates
Carrier transit estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, unless REV expressly offers a guaranteed service. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, holidays, address errors, security screening, or events outside REV's reasonable control.
REV will not promise a delivery date unless the store is configured to support that promise. If REV cannot ship within the promised time or within the period required by applicable law, REV will provide an appropriate delay notice and, where required, an opportunity to cancel for a prompt refund as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435.
4. Shipping rates
Available rates are calculated or displayed at checkout based on destination, package characteristics, service level, and order value. Free shipping, if offered, applies only to the conditions stated at checkout or in the applicable promotion.
5. Tracking and delivery
Every REV shipment requires tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring that an authorized recipient is available to sign for delivery.
6. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Contact info@wearrev.com immediately if an address is incorrect. REV cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
7. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first. Notify REV at info@wearrev.com so REV can assist with the carrier investigation. REV is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided, except as required by applicable law or an agreed shipping service.
For visible damage, retain the shipping box, packaging, and product and contact REV promptly with photographs. Claims may be subject to carrier deadlines.
8. High-value products
Tracking and signature confirmation are mandatory for all REV shipments. Additional delivery controls may be used where appropriate and will be communicated where practicable.
9. Preorders and reservations
A reservation or preorder is an agreement to hold or produce an item for a customer. The product page must disclose the estimated readiness date, payment timing, cancellation terms, and whether the customer may cancel if the estimate changes. Estimates may change due to production or material availability. REV will provide legally required delay notices and refund rights.
